On January 13, 2020, CMSemicon held a ceremony to celebrate its "new relocation and renaming" in Room 2008, Block A, Tianxia Jinniu Plaza, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Mr. Yang Yong, Chairman of the Board, attended the ceremony and delivered an important speech. The company's senior managers and all the staff in the headquarter witnessed the festive moment.

2019 ELEXCON Shenzhen International Electronics Exhibition has been held in Shenzhen Convention& Exhibition Center on December 19 to 21, China Micro Semicon Co., Ltd. was invited to attend and showcased new technologies and products in six major fields, including smart home appliances, consumer electronics, Internet of Everything, touch sensing, motor control and tool platform.

On December 10 and 12, the 2019 CMSemicon Winter New Product Introduction Meeting in South China themed "More Smart Chips Lead the Future" was successfully held in Shunde and Shenzhen respectively. CMSemicon shared its latest new products and solutions for home appliances, consumer, wireless, IoT, motor and high-precision measurement in the second half of the year with the guests and customers, and gave a new definition of domestic substitution.

The 2019 Innovative Product Technology Tour Seminar hosted by CMSemicon in Xiamen, Hangzhou and Suzhou was successfully concluded on October 29.

The 2019 China Development Forum Symposium, directed by the Development Research Center of the State Council and hosted by the China Development Research Foundation, was held on September 6-7. With the theme of "Trade, Openness and Shared Prosperity", the symposium continues to adhere to the tenet of "Talk with the World.

Holtek Semiconductor sued CMSemicon in a patent infringement case two years ago. The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court recently ruled that CMSemicon does not infringe and rejected all of Holtek's claims.
